The successful Sr Product Manager at Claravine is as comfortable interviewing customers as they are building business cases, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams understand the “why” behind the work. What You’ll Do

  • Lead customer opportunity discovery by conducting qualitative and quantitative research to identify critical user pain points, unmet needs, and workflow inefficiencies across key personas.
    • Engage directly with customers through interviews, feedback sessions, and QBRs to validate priorities, gather insights, and evangelize the product vision.
  • Be forward looking in aligning customer needs that directly impact business goals, and propose product initiatives
    • Author and socialize Product Briefs and one-pagers that clearly articulate the scope, value, and rationale for each opportunity under consideration to maintain an ongoing bench of jobs-to-be-done, so that Engineering can build the most impactful initiatives.
  • Work with Engineering to develop a Product roadmap.
  • Establish product success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and business impact. Continuously monitor performance to validate whether the product is effectively solving the problem it set out to address.
  • Partner with User Experience to understand the competitive landscape and align the product investments to maintain Claravine as a leader.
  • Drive alignment with Go-To-Market teams and the Customer team to enable successful product launches and ongoing adoption, delivering positioning, messaging, and education that reinforce the problem-solution fit.
    • Partner with Marketing to optimize the time to product releases by ensuring sales and customer success managers are educated and prepared for new features.
    • Support sales and customer success team with customer meetings, product feedback meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
    • Lead internal training & education sessions on the product.
    • Create and maintain essential support and training collateral.
  • Be immersed in the product from new feature development, understanding how customers are using the product, and prioritizing customer feature requests or issues.
  • Participate in standups, planning sessions, product demos/check-ins, and retrospectives.
  • Pitch in with QA testing where necessary to ensure that Product JTBD’s success criteria are met.

Keys to Success

  • Background and familiarity in the adtech and/or martech space, including but not limited to digital marketing applications and how they are used by customers is a must. Direct experience with any of the major marketing cloud solutions (Adobe, Salesforce, Meta, Google) is plus.
  • Familiar with web and mobile technologies.
  • Eager to learn and curious to understand more about a problem or how a new technology works.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills as you will be working with many different teams and customers.
  • Critical thinker and able to analytically solve problems.
  • Strong technical orientation to understand customer problems and propose the right solution or recommendation.

The base salary range for this role is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually.
