About this role
We are looking for a Founding Designer (employee #5!) who is excited to reimagine the consumer travel experience with AI at its core. You will have enormous ownership over the shape and direction of the product, and you will be responsible for foundational user experience decisions. You will explore novel interaction patterns for how AI can fundamentally change how we experience travel.
What you’ll be doing
As the sole full-time designer, you will work alongside an incredible team building in an AI native environment.
You'll solve hard UX problems from scratch, owning the solution throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
You'll help define the design system of a new consumer product.
You'll contribute to the creation of the team culture, as well as internal processes.

A strong product thinker who is customer obsessed. You are eager to put yourself in the shoes of the user to craft a great experience
You’ve designed high quality products across both web and mobile at a fast pace
You want ownership, and you thrive on a small team
You are motivated to iterate and improve a product rapidly
