IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 14 million students worldwide, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist Germany to join our Rosetta Stone team in EMEA. In this role, you are the main contact and sparring partner of the German influencers during the entire process. You are responsible for the implementation, management, and quality control of campaigns, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

This is a remote part-time contract position for about 20 hours per week for candidates in Germany.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Maintain relationships with Rosetta Stone’s current influencers in Germany
• Build strong, long-term and profitable influencer partnerships
• Actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships
• Negotiate contracts that are focused on creative content and driving revenue
• Write content briefings for creators and provide clear guidance on content. Ability to feedback to influencers and management in a concise manner
• Manage influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines
• Set goals, track conversions, and measure success of influencer collaborations
• Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Youtube, TikTok and Instagram
• Maintain influencer budget
• Generate an overall positive ROI

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience in an influencer marketing role
• Good knowledge about the influencer marketing landscape (Youtube, TikTok and Instagram)
• Excellent communication, writing and language skills; fluent German & English
• Ability to analyze and advice on creative content ideas
• Process driven and demonstrate an ability to deliver in a timely manner
• Highly motivated with a strong "can do" approach
• Creativity, open-mindedness, and a positive attitude
