The Opportunity

We’re seeking an ambitious and highly organized GTM Operations Lead to get hands-on supporting sales activity and growing the revenue organization. You’ll tackle special projects and work on new priorities as they emerge — think of the job like a Chief of Staff role, but entirely GTM focused. It’s a chance to partner closely with the CEO on growing the business, from the tactical work to close deals to setting up the structures and processes to support future GTM hires as we scale.

Your Mission

In this (currently) founder-led Sales organization, you will work directly with the CEO on the highest-priority work to grow the business and the GTM organization. You’ll act as project manager for our priority sales pipeline, develop and maintain strong processes and data hygiene, tackle special projects, and help shape future organization growth and hiring plans. You’ll focus first on building the revenue engine, including the operational infrastructure to support growing new sales and account management/expansion. This is a hands-on role for someone who gets as excited about crushing the details of day-to-day execution as they do about high-level strategic work.

As the company grows, your role will have the opportunity to evolve, including to other priority areas such as customer success, self-serve/PLG strategies, partnerships, new market development, etc.

About You

  • In love with operations. You know execution trumps strategy and you thrive when getting things done.

  • Hard working, efficient, and curious – with an entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine desire to learn about growing startups, and about generative AI.

  • Mid-level in your career, with some prior experience in a GTM role (sales, customer success, RevOps, etc.) within a startup or growth-stage company.

  • Proven project management skills and intense attention to detail, with a track record of building operational processes and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting professional customer-facing materials such as sales decks, proposals, and emails.

  • A strong analytical mindset and experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing processes and KPIs.

Bonus Points if You Have Some Of The Following

  • An MBA or equivalent business experience.

  • Experience wearing numerous hats at a high-growth tech startup.

  • Experience in software or technology sales, with familiarity in managing CRM systems and sales processes.

  • A demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align goals and drive results.

  • Prior experience with generative AI and/or developer products.
