About mpathic
mpathic is building the future of empathetic, trustworthy AI. Grounded in behavioral science and human-centered design, our technology delivers AI systems that are safe, aligned, and emotionally intelligent. As enterprises race to adopt AI, we believe the companies that win will be those that build trust first.

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to architect the strategy and machine that will position mpathic as the category leader in AI safety and empathic intelligence — driving market adoption, brand authority, and revenue growth.

About the Role

The CMO is a key member of the executive team and will own the full marketing organization and strategy across brand, product marketing, communications/PR, demand generation, content, design, and market intelligence. This leader will translate mpathic’s technical and behavioral-science advantages into a compelling category and narrative, build scalable marketing infrastructure, and drive measurable growth across SaaS and Services.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the executive team to create a unified market story, increase brand visibility, build trust with enterprises, and accelerate adoption of our solutions.
