About the Role

We’re looking for a Channel Partnership Manager who knows their way around the federal compliance world — think FedRAMP, CMMC, GovRAMP — and gets fired up about building relationships that move the needle.

If you’ve spent a few years wrangling consulting firms, assessors, or MSSPs and know how to turn partnerships into revenue, this is your kind of gig. You’ll be the quarterback of our partner motion: recruiting new players, getting them up to speed, and making sure they’re crushing it.

This isn’t a back-office partner role — it’s hands-on, creative, and high-impact. You’ll work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to build a channel engine that actually drives results (not just a bunch of logos on a slide).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow awesome partnerships. You’ll be identifying, onboarding, and energizing 3PAOs, MSP’s, GovCon consultants, and other key players in the compliance space.
  • Own it end-to-end — from the first intro call to helping partners close deals with Paramify in the mix. You’ll be the connective tissue between us and our ecosystem.
  • Work across the whole crew: sales, product, marketing, CS — everyone. You'll help make sure our partners are enabled, informed, and supported.
  • Roll up your sleeves and help partners scope deals, navigate FedRAMP/CMMC questions, and get to "yes" faster.
  • Track what’s working, what’s not. You’ll run QBRs, share feedback, and help us double down where we’re winning.
  • Be Paramify’s boots on the ground at events and conferences — you'll represent us with style and substance.
  • Keep our feedback loop strong. You’ll bring real partner input back to our team to improve the roadmap, support, and enablement.
  • Help build the playbook — battlecards, one-pagers, whatever we (and our partners) need to close more deals and move faster.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or partner sales — ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or compliance
  • We want hungry. If you aren’t used to outbound sales and generating some of your own lead flow, you won’t love this job.
  • Experience working with federal compliance frameworks: FedRAMP, CMMC, GovRAMP.
  • Comfortable running discovery with partners and surfacing mutual value
  • We’re a startup, so you’ll need to be comfortable being uncomfortable. You’ll work harder and more creatively, and you’ll get work experience and exposure that you can’t find at a big company. We call it, “working in dog years”.
  • Bonus: Experience working at or selling into government contractors, audit firms, or SaaS companies in the GovTech/Cyber sector
