Role Overview

Quiq is seeking a Senior Manager of Field Marketing to join our fast moving, innovative, fully remote team to develop and execute our field and events strategy focused on driving business with the world’s most loved enterprise brands in the US.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, revenue-focused powerhouse that loves working collaboratively with sales to design and execute field experiences that turn curious prospects into happy Quiq customers in this rapidly evolving AI market. We are looking for an up and coming leader with commercially-focused event management experience, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work cross functionally with the Sales and Product teams to drive pipeline growth in a rapidly evolving industry. Strong ability to analyze data to guide decision-making and optimize ROI is required. Experience creating and executing events targeted toward the technical buyer a plus.

The role reports to our VP of Brand and Strategy and will be considered a key player for the Quiq growth story. As the Senior Manager of Field Marketing, you will have the opportunity to own the strategy and execution designed to drive brand awareness and demand generation among enterprise companies, and showcase Quiq as a leader in enterprise agentic AI for CX. This role requires a player/coach mentality, comes with one headcount, and is considered part of the key marketing management team at Quiq.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the field marketing and events strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs
  • Develop and execute 1:1, 1-many, and industry-specific marketing programs, both virtual and in-person, to increase brand awareness, drive demand generation, pipeline contribution, product usage, retention, and expansion.
  • Manage budget and ensure effective allocation of resources, while strategically optimizing spend to maximize ROI and align with broader business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and addressable market to guide regional priorities, with a deep understanding of market and competitive environment.
  • Closely monitor KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness. Analyze data to optimize programs and demonstrate ROI to senior management.

What you Have

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS Field Marketing experience, with a proven track record of owning the full strategy and execution, including managing budgets, metrics and targets, and sales engagement focused on driving pipeline growth.
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a growth company and its evolving priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, using data to measure and optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Deep understanding of event operations, vendor management, and industry standards for events targeting the enterprise segment.
  • Experience breaking into new markets with a strong competitive landscape
  • Hands-on experience with sales and marketing automation systems
