Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an IT Manager for our rapidly growing team in our headquarters in White Plains, NY.

Qualifications

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Provide leadership and guidance including building the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues for internal staff and external customers.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Develop and implement strategic IT initiatives aligned with company goals, leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical assistance for end users and troubleshoot computer issues.
  • Monitor the IT ticketing system and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
  • Manage inventory of IT assets, provision new devices, and coordinate third party repairs.
  • IT daily user support internal and client facing
  • IT Support including OS, Desktop, Workstation Hardware, RoyalPay Hardware, Report Guard
  • Conduct training for new hires and existing staff.
  • Perform computer maintenance (install and remove hardware and software, install operating systems, troubleshoot and solve hardware problems, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technology issues in person and for remote employees and clients
  • Ideal candidate is someone that uses Microsoft tools and automation to patch, manage and support workstations
  • Preferred Office 365 & Windows certified
  • Degree or certification in Computer/Technical area of focus or equivalent experience/training
  • Must be willing to commute to our White Plains, NY office m-f
  • Report to CIO
