Compensation: The base salary offered is up to $200,000, with additional yearly equity and performance-based bonuses included in the total compensation package.

The position is based in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Participate in critical, technical, and product discussions with leaders across our engineering, product and business teams
- Architect scalable and maintainable web applications, ensuring responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility.
- Have a strong eye for the operational aspects of the platform such as deployment, performance tuning and monitoring
- Keep technical debt low by reinforcing our Engineering culture of code reviews, solid test coverage, and documentation
- Balance short-term execution with longer-term concerns such as extensibility and reusability.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of programming experience in a production environment
- Proven experience in Java and cloud platforms like GCP, AWS or Azure
- Comfortable with CI/CD processes and contributing actively in all SDLC stages
- Hands-on in writing high-quality scalable code, including API integrators
- Experience mentoring, guiding, and coaching team members and a passion for learning and sharing what you’ve learned with others
- Effective written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player and work well in a team environment
- Prior start-up experience is a bonus
- Comfortable coming in-office 4 days a week
