Currently, we are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team and drive the development of our next-generation customer portal.
Role Overview: As the Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our customer-facing portal. This platform is essential for our clients to access our services seamlessly. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure the portal meets the highest standards of performance, security, and user experience.

Role Overview: As the Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our customer-facing portal. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure the portal meets the highest standards of performance, security, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our customer portal from concept to launch, ensuring it meets business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to understand and implement their needs.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
- Ensure the application is scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing best practices.
- Work with the Salesforce team to integrate backend systems and ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and React; experience with other stacks is a plus.
- Experience in building and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, including databases, server management, and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the lending industry or related fields is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
