We're is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Operations Manager with deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will enhance our marketing automation strategy, refine campaign execution processes, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires a collaborative leader who can optimize operations to drive demand generation and align marketing efforts with business goals.
This is a full-time exempt and remote position. Candidates must be located in the United States.

Experience & Education:
The expected annual base salary for this role is $93,000-$110,000. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on, but not limited to, (a) location, (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications, and (c) individual candidate experience.
We're is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. We take a market-based approach to pay which may vary depending on your location. Locations are categorized into one of three zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic location and our compensation philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & HubSpot Expertise:
- Understand and improve marketing automation strategies and processes, leveraging HubSpot's full technical capabilities.
- Support sales and marketing teams by connecting HubSpot and Salesforce data for better pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Assist in cross-channel marketing campaign development and execution, ensuring alignment with demand generation goals.
- Build and optimize email programs, landing pages, and target lists for event and thought leadership campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to uncover actionable insights that enhance ROI and campaign effectiveness through weekly and monthly reporting of campaign metrics, goals, and other KPI’s, make data-driven recommendations to maximize performance
- Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization strategies to nurture prospects effectively.
- Establish and refine data collection processes to ensure marketing efforts are data-informed.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, improve workflows, and ensure seamless integration between tools and processes.
- Influence stakeholders with clear communication and actionable recommendations for optimizing operations.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing operations and demand generation experience.
- Solid experience managing and optimizing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools, certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, and performance-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Apps, hosting Zoom webinars, and project management.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a knack for solving problems and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- A team player with leadership capabilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
