Responsibilities And Results
- Serve as the primary client contact, building relationships with executive, portfolio, and site-level stakeholders to deliver value from onboarding through renewal.
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through engagement initiatives, case studies, and building referenceable relationships.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure retention, account
- expansion, and long-term client value.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and referral sources to deepen client partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, resolve escalations, and align solutions with customer goals.
- Act as the customer advocate, providing feedback to product and operations teams to enhance offerings.
- Partner with customers to define success metrics, track progress, and achieve measurable results.
- 5+ years managing relationships from project teams to the executive level
- Strong understanding of how to navigate multi-tiered organizations
- Strong commercial experience growing existing accounts ARR
- Highly proficient communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation, with ability to identify problems and formulate
- solutions
- Strong organizational skills with ability to take on multiple tasks in a dynamic,
- fast-paced, and changing team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with
- the ability to adapt conversations for dynamic audiences
- Adaptable to rapid growth and change
