ProScore is seeking a highly motivated Customer Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs that empower our customers. This role will work directly with clients, educational institutions, and partners to ensure they maximize the value of ProScore’s AI-powered compliance solutions. The Customer Training Specialist will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management teams to develop engaging training experiences that enhance product adoption, user success, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Training & Enablement:

  • Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive customer training programs to ensure high-value service to new and existing clients.
  • Utilize multiple training modalities, including videos, documentation, webinars, live training sessions, and interactive portals, to support customer onboarding and continued engagement.
  • Conduct live and virtual training sessions tailored to various user levels, ensuring effective product utilization and compliance navigation.

Training Content Development:

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing to identify training needs and develop targeted content.
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date training library, ensuring accuracy and relevance of instructional materials.
  • Develop interactive training courses and train-the-trainer programs to enable internal teams and customers.

Customer Support & Adoption:

  • Act as a subject matter expert to support customers with questions related to ProScore’s training resources and tools.
  • Analyze customer training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Measure and track user adoption, providing insights on how training impacts customer engagement and retention.

Operational Efficiency & Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk Strategy & Governance, and Implementation Teams to ensure training aligns with system updates and compliance standards.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform training improvements and product development enhancements.
  • Support internal teams by delivering ongoing educational initiatives and enablement strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, customer training, or enablement roles.
  • Experience developing and delivering product training to clients and internal users.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise SaaS products and customer-facing training initiatives.
  • Strong background in Customer Success and User Adoption strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working with internal teams to align training with company objectives.
  • Proficiency in video creation, e-learning platforms, and training automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in startups or fast-growing technology companies.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered compliance platforms or regulatory-focused training.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a plus.
