What You’ll Do

BCBAs at AnswersNow deliver care directly—no RBTs or technicians—allowing for deeper therapeutic relationships and more personalized support. In this fully remote role, you will:

  • Provide direct therapy to clients in English and Spanish.
  • Offer caregiver training and ongoing remote support to families.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
  • Conduct assessments, including functional behavior and risk evaluations.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with the Remote Care Delivery Team and Clinical Care Lead.
  • Adhere to BACB ethical standards and state licensure guidelines.
  • Partner with families to identify and address barriers to effective care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Availability Monday–Friday between 4pm–9pm ET (1pm–6pm PT); we are happy to discuss adjustments for clinicians who bring strong alignment to our mission and values."
  • Full-time (40 hours weekly) or Part-time (20–30 hours weekly) availability as a W2 employee.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional, private workspace.
  • Experience or comfort with video conferencing tools,and Google Suite.
  • Passion for culturally competent care and commitment to accessible, high-quality therapy.

What We Offer

  • Salary range: $75K-$90K
  • Compensation Philosophy: We are committed to pay equity. This role has a fixed base salary of $75,000 for our full-time clinicians. To ensure fairness and transparency, we do not negotiate the base salary — everyone in this role receives the same compensation regardless of negotiation skill or prior pay history.
