We’re backed by top VCs, growing fast, and looking for our first Utah-based Account Executive to help us scale intelligently.

The Role

This is a full-cycle AE role with a strong emphasis on outbound. You’ll be researching prospects, running signal-driven outreach, and owning deals end-to-end—from first touch through signed agreement. You’ll work directly with the founder and contribute to the refinement of our GTM playbook. You should be comfortable selling into both recruiting teams and hiring managers, often with technical or data-driven stakeholders on the call.

We’re looking for someone curious, methodical, and energized by early-stage startup building.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a pipeline of HR leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers—prospect, qualify, demo, close
  • Use tools like Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate and personalize outbound
  • Develop and test outbound email, InMail, and cold call sequences that speak to buyers and pain-aware leads
  • Run thoughtful discovery and demo conversations tailored to the prospect’s hiring workflow and metrics
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to surface insights and shape roadmap direction
  • Report clearly on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics in HubSpot

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally at a VC backed startup (but not required)
  • Strong outbound skills - you know how to find the right people and get their attention with signal-based messaging
  • Comfortable with technical concepts (LLMs, automation, data pipelines) - you don’t need to be technical, but you should be intellectually curious
  • High ownership mindset; you like autonomy and take responsibility for outcomes
  • Start up grind mentality - love the hustle
  • Based in Utah (or willing to relocate) - in an office in utah 2-3 days a week

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into HR, TA, or PeopleOps
  • Familiarity with AI products or workflow automation platforms
  • You’ve built or improved a sales process at an early-stage startup
